If you have paid account status (for example VIP membership) you may cancel your paid account status at any time by emailing accounts@matchalot.com. Once your account has been cancelled your paid status will terminate on the last date covered by your last payment. Paid status is non-transferable. MATCHALOT.COM paid status is final sale and will not be refunded unless the charge was not authorized by you. Disputed charges must be reported to MATCHALOT within 60 days to accounts@matchalot.com.
