- What is a request? A request is a note we send to someone that you have selected telling them that you are interested in matching up with them.
- What is a match? A match is made when either you agree to accept someone’s request or they accept your request. Once a match has been made, you are both free to contact each other as often and as long as you like at absolutely no cost to either of you!
- What’s a message? A message is sent between two people who have agreed to a match.
- What do the color frames mean? A red frame means you have sent someone a request but they have not accepted your request yet. A yellow frame means someone has sent you a request that you have not accepted yet. A green frame means a match has already been made.
- Can I block a match? Yes, just click any photo with a green frame to block that person.
- Does Matchalot do anything to stop scammers? Yes, we take this issue very seriously and run a special program which helps us identify and block the most active scammers on a daily basis.
